Warranty Information for iGo Online Store Purchases

We warrant all iGo branded power products against defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years from the original date of purchase. At our option, we shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty.

Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the date of purchase in order to obtain any warranty service.

This warranty is void if the product has been handled or used in any manner which is inconsistent with the instructions accompanying the product or the intended use of the product. This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence. This warranty is valid only if the product is used on the computer or device specified on or attached to the product package. Repair or replacement, as provided under this warranty, is your exclusive remedy. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. iGo hereby expressly disclaims any and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Some states/countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states/countries do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and country to country.

iGo Store Customers:

  • After 30 days from the invoice date, contact Product Support at 1.800.474.7593

RadioShack Customers:
  • Within 90 days from date of purchase, return the product to the store or call 1.800.843.7422.
  • After 90 days from date of purchase, contact Product Support at 1.800.474.7593.

Distributor, Reseller and Retailer Customers:
  • To arrange a warranty return from any other vendor, please contact them for their return policy. If you are outside of the return policy date contact Product Support at 1.800.474.7593.
